Last month we visited Egypt - Cairo, Hurghada and a cruise on the Nile. As we booked through Trailfinders in the UK, all of our transfers in Egypt were with Traveline.
Every single traveline employee that looked after us was attentive, charming and diligent, making sure that we were happy and content for the whole of our transfer/journey/stay etc
Mostafa in Cairo was excellent and a pleasure to be around. He gave us his number and said we could call him at anytime for information/advice etc He was true to his word as we called him a few times and he was always polite and helpful.
He referred us to the most superb egyptologist (Mac) whilst in cairo, who was so good that we also referred him and traveline to our friends.
I am regretful that i cannot remember everybody's names as i would list them all - they were all great and the spoken english (to a high standard) made everything so easy for us.
Michael in the red sea helped us change flights and was very attentive as we initially had some issues with our hotel (which he sorted).
The guys that took us to the airports and also the guys that travelled with us each way for the very long journeys - aswan to luxor (very sweet Nubian man!)and luxor to hurghada (told us jokes the whole journey - his english was amazing!) - every single person was brilliant and made our stay SO much more memorable.
We were particularly impressed that whenever we were taken to an airport the traveline representative did not leave us until we had gone through passport control. It was very reassuring.
I have nothing bad to say about Traveline and hope that this email helps give every single member a pay rise!!
If i return to Egypt, i will only use Traveline.

Just a brief comment.
Though We enjoy the stayed in luxor and trip to Aswan, the good services of traveline guide and other staff was sublime for the us but we  must point out and show our worried with the way of the driver called Hassanen ( very rude and unpolite to us) he drove  as he was under the influence of some illegal substance. Also he was very arrogant when given the tip we think this could be improved as the younger driver was much , much better. He can put tourist life a risk. otherwise with congratulated traveline for the services given. friendly and professional exect that particular person. We aim to go back and used your service in November. Thank you
